Improvement of usability
The most obvious change in version 4.0 of twelve Admin relates to the distribution of information to different tabs. We have grouped information in the new version. Thus, there will be a dialog to record new meetings with tabs for general information, agenda and documents, participants and options. Finding individual information about a meeting is therefore easier and clearer.
In the future, titles and locations of past sessions can now be reused. In particular, if you need to follow a certain structure in naming meetings, this feature will be useful to you. You can select the values of the titles and locations of the past 10 meetings of a panel from the drop-down list or enter new texts.
Additionally, when creating an agenda, we've built the ability to start numbering at a value other than 1. This is important if, for example, you want to continue the numbering of the agenda (agenda) of the recond day of meetings spanning several days.
Sending meeting invitations directly from twelve Admin to participants (and guests)
From now on, you can also use twelve Admin to send invitations to attendees and guests. Due to the committee membership, twelve admin knows which participants should be invited to a meeting. The invitations are sent via the newly designed notification dialog or can be exported as an iCal file (ICS). Optionally, external participants (not members of the committee) can be invited by email.
The recipients then see the invitations sent with twelve Admin in their email program and can now remember the appointments in their calendars with a simple click. Changes to existing meetings can be sent updates; as well if you decide not to cancel a meeting.
